When Tuccoli Marine was preparing to launch the T235 SF, the first compact entry in their new Executive Sport Vessel line, headed for its debut at the Genoa Boat Show, they faced the problem every boatbuilder faces at launch: the boat exists as renders and engineering drawings, but there is no footage. The vessel hasn't been filmed at sea, the launch window is already open, and a traditional production (crew, location, a day on the water, post) costs weeks the calendar doesn't have. Tuccoli wanted a launch video that looked like a premium shoot, and they needed it before the boat ever touched the water.
SEA AI produced the entire video with AI, from 4 rednered photos. Working from Tuccoli's CAD renders, the official general-arrangement plan, and the exact technical specification, we built a video that opens on a pencil line becoming a hull, moves through the 3D engineering model, and resolves into the finished navy vessel cutting across the Adriatic, a "from a single line to the sea" arc that mirrors how the boat is actually designed and built.
Every shot was locked to the real T235 SF:
- the navy hull and white superstructure,
- the progressive deep-V,
- the single-engine hero configuration,
- the 7.2-metre length,
- the teak deck and
- tan leather interior.
Where the brief called for the one-or-two-engine option, the alternate configuration appeared as a deliberate, labelled beat, never as a continuity slip. The technical claims were held to what the spec supports, with speed communicated as a design figure rather than an unproven number, protecting the manufacturer's credibility at the most scrutinised moment of a product's life.
The result is a launch asset Tuccoli can use on social in vertical, on the stand at Genoa in horizontal, and on the website after the show. Built as a single master, so the Genoa reference can be swapped for "now available" without re-cutting the video. It positions the T235 SF inside its new category, carries the Advanced Manufacturing Technology message, and shows the comfort of a yacht inside a 7.2-metre hull, all without a camera, a crew, or a day at sea. For a manufacturer launching a new boat on a hard deadline, that is the difference between a launch with film and a launch without — delivered in days, not weeks, and at a fraction of a conventional production.
